Technical support limitations
Router Help is not an internet service provider or remote repair service. We cannot access your router, retrieve a Wi-Fi password, restore an ISP account or diagnose a physical line remotely. For outages, billing, fibre or DSL faults, telephone issues or replacement hardware, contact your provider or device manufacturer.
Report an incorrect guide
A useful correction includes the page URL, router brand, exact model, hardware revision, firmware or provider and a clear description of the incorrect step. Remove passwords, Wi-Fi keys, account numbers, serial numbers, MAC addresses and public IP addresses from screenshots.
Privacy enquiries
For a privacy request, state the nature of the request and provide only enough information for us to identify relevant correspondence or records.
Business enquiries
Relevant licensing, advertising and partnership enquiries are welcome. We do not accept paid requests to publish misleading credentials, unsafe firmware or unauthorised access methods.
